Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)
With the FDM process, Omnitec3D offers an alternative for your 3D project. You can purchase products from us throughout Germany that have been manufactured using this process. FDM is a manufacturing process in which an object is built up in layers from a meltable plastic.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested in prototypes using the FDM process. We are available as a service provider for you.
FDM process
The FDM process offers several advantages in terms of the range of different materials. The most important materials in the FDM area are PLA (polylactide) and ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer). Furthermore, this process can be used to produce 3D parts in TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), PETG (polyethylene terephthalate) or nylon.
The main advantage of the FDM process is definitely the cost factor. FDM is currently the most cost-effective 3D printing process available, but the post-processing effort should not be disregarded.
We offer the right solution for your project!
Come to us if you are looking for 3D objects in high quality. We are available throughout Germany and rely on modern machines and high-quality technology for 3D printing. We offer you the use of the FDM process in order to be able to implement your projects in this area.
Today, 3D printing offers many possibilities regardless of the method chosen, such as SLA or the DLP method. With Omnitec3D you now have access to this exciting technology.
We would be happy to advise you on FDM and the associated possibilities.
